World Sleep Day at the Academy
We will be celebrating the 11th World Sleep Day on March 16.
This year's slogan of World Sleep Day is "Join the World of Sleep, keep the rhythms to enjoy life".
On this occasion, we ask that all children come to the Academy dressed... in pyjamas and bring their favourite small mascot/ cuddly toy with them.
During the class, we will talk to the children about the importance of sleep and the benefits it brings.
